Return Policy

Our return policy begins the day you receive the product and lasts until 15 days after you receive the product. Once the 15 day period has expired we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.


Please contact us before returning the product in order to get a return address.

To be eligible for a return the product must be in the same condition you received it and unused. Product must be in the original packaging and we require a printed receipt that includes your order ID (Order# 1234)


In order to receive a refund you must send us a tracking number. Keep in mind - products that are sent without a tracking number will not be returned! 

Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.

Products on sale cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your product, along with an approval of your refund. 

Once you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment within 5 business days. (note that sale products will not be refunded.) 


We are happy to replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to help!
